Just having a fun day

Friday, April 4.  Hi everyone!  Today was my first day with nothing business related on my schedule.  So I went to the bank with Dad to open a bank account and Pae picked me up to go play golf with him and his friends at Thana City golf course.  It was hot, I had no shoes, and borrowed his clubs, but managed to shoot a 78 (without counting my 18th hole having fun messing around finish).  It was fun and his friends are great.  They may prove to be of assistance later as I spend more time trying to do business in Thailand

After golf, we ate dinner at the club, which was VERY tasty, then they guys played cards.  So my new thing of the day was playing "pok deng" which is a game I already know how to play, but they played a new version with which I was not familiar.  It was much fun and Pae and I were investment partners.  I cashed out early and about broke even, and he lost about 10,000 Baht and was a little pissed.  But still nonetheless fun.  We played until about 11 pm and he dropped me off at home where I proceeded to talk to Paula on the phone for a little then pass out.  I was pooped!

Sunday in Bangkok will still be pretty casual, I'll try to contact Nop, go buy some software, see Pae and hopefully get a look at the new club and get a massage.  I cannot leave without the $15 one and a half hour massage!  Til then my friends.  Enjoy and smile and I'll talk to you later!
