Finally some nicer student rentals

Tuesday, June 3.  In addition to teaching 7 hours today, I went to look at 3 more student rental properties.  It is part of a group of 11 or 12 properties owned by a trust that are being sold.  And all three were quite nice.  Not the animal house type trashed houses.  So that was a first.  I really liked the first one and decided to make an offer on it.  If all of the information is correct, then it will provide a nice cash flow right from year one.  I've been so patient in looking for the right opportunity, and I think that this one might be it!

There are just so many opportunities to invest now.  Muse is the nightclub in Thailand, Paula's pie business, a noodle shop, and real estate.  Choices are good to have.  Today was also the first time I looked at properties with someone other than Susan N.  Today Susan M. showed me the properties and maybe that'll change our luck!

I hope everyone is doing well.  I just keep moving along!  I'll talk to you again tomorrow.  Have a great day or night and keep on enjoying life!
