Goji juice and lemongrass soda

Friday, June 27.  Hello everyone!  What's up?  I hope all is well, all is great with me.  Another Friday, and another day off for me.  And I had a great one.  Went to deliver meals in the morning, and really enjoyed seeing all of the folks again.  Gave Margaret another hug.  I am very fortunate and feel for her because she is not well and is very lonely.  But I did what I could!  I also ran some errands, took a nap, and went out to dinner with Paula at Big Boy.  Very underrated, that Big Boy.  Good food and reasonably priced.

After dinner, we went to Whole Foods Market to buy dinner to make at home tomorrow.  We bought chicken thighs for the grill, some naan, and some mozzarella cheese to make a caprese salad.  My new experience for the day was to buy two products I have never purchased before: goji juice, a supposedly "super juice" that enhances energy and mood, and lemongrass soda made from cane sugar, which I bought because I figure is better than regular soda pop.  I'll report on how they both taste and if there are any additional benefits.

I hope you all have a great day, enjoy life and live it, and I'll talk to you all tomorrow!
