Helping someone who needs help

Saturday, June 28.  Hi everyone!  How are you?  I am doing well and hope you all are doing well.  I had a busy day, teaching until 5 pm, then had a nice dinner prepared by Paula.  We later just relaxed and hung out watching Damages, the show Glenn is the creator of and the show we will be extras on when we go to New York next month.  Very relaxing.

My new experience of the day was to give money to a beggar on the street.  I usually don't do that because a part of me feels like they should try to do more to get back on their feet.  Today, though, I thought that perhaps it's not that easy, and maybe things can get so tough that some have to resort to begging.  So I decided to open my mind and give him a little change.  He was very thankful, and I felt good in doing it.  I think I've changed my views on the beggars of the world.  We must help everyone out, whenever we can.  It doesn't matter much who it is.  Those who are really having a hard time especially.  And if this guy was running a scam, so be it.  I trusted him, gave and lent a helping hand, and that's a good thing.

Anyway, time for bed.  Another day of teaching tomorrow, although not as long a day.  Maybe I can play some golf tomorrow.  We'll see.  You all have a great day and keep on thinking positively and with a generous heart.  Great things are in store for all of us!  Good night and enjoy!
