A potential tenant

Tuesday, July 1.  Hi all!  How's it going?  I hope well, I am doing great as usual.  Today was a busy day at work with lots of lessons and Justin visiting Miles of Golf and doing the PR tour at his old stomping grounds.  He then treated us to a great dinner at Miki Japanese restaurant.  Justin likes to have sushi when we visit because he gets a chance to be more adventurous than when he goes for Japanese with his wife Kathryn.  It was great food and fun conversation.

Today, I, for the first time, actually spoke to someone who is interested in renting my home.  I've received several emails from people, but never actually spoken to anyone about it.  Hearing her voice and her story made me feel more comfortable with things.  Something about email is so very impersonal and it's good to hear and eventually meet and look someone in the eye when doing something like this.  But it sounds like she's interested and willing to pay the price of $2,100 a month, which would actually allow me to make money on my house each month while my tenants pay for the equity in my home.  A potentially perfect deal!  I will keep you updated and keep my fingers crossed.  I feel positive expectancy for this opportunity and will actually increase my personal income by quite a bit per year.

Anyway, off to watch a movie and get to bed early.  I have another big day tomorrow and also a golf game set up with Justin, Casey, and Brent at Barton Hills CC.  Cool, huh?  Have a great day everyone, and I'll talk to you tomorrow!
