A unique junior clinic

Saturday, July 5.  Hi all!  How are you?  I hope well, I am doing great!  I feel peaceful, still, and going with the flow.  I taught for 6 hours today and afterwards hit some balls.  I think I'm on to something with my swing and will keep experimenting.  It's felt good for two days now and we'll see what happens.  Afterwards, I took it easy, watched some golf and took a short nap.  Paula made a great dinner of ribs and pasta salad, and we went out for ice cream afterwards.  All four kids are home right now, so Paula is pretty happy.  That happens very rarely right now, so I feel good for her to have all of the kids home.

My new experience for the day was running a free junior golf clinic.  Now, I've been running this clinic during the summers for many years now, but today was the first time only two kids showed up.  Usually it's anywhere from 8 to 15 kids, so just 2 is unusual.  But instead of canceling the session, I decided to go on with it anyway.  I figured the kids wanted to learn, so why let them down?  So we went ahead with it and it was nice to work more in depth and make a closer connection with fewer kids.  They were very nice and listened and we all had fun.  Their father was very nice too and unobtrusive, which was good.

Anyway, please enjoy the rest of the weekend.  I will talk to you tomorrow.  Don't forget to enjoy, smile, and laugh!  Until tomorrow, my friends!  Thanks for all of the love and support, I am very grateful and appreciative.
